Everglades Snook

Everglades fishing for snook was fun on artificial lures. Brenda and Glen, New York, caught 37 Everglades snook on the 17MR Mirro Lures and red with gray shrimp Rip Tide jigs. All of the fish were caught in the Everglades backcountry from Chokoloskee Bay to Pumpkin Bay. This was a fishing trip but a lot of sightseeing was done. We ended up coming out of Fakahatchee Pass and down the coast. We stopped off on the grass flats and caught 18 trout. Most were small and measured from 16 inches all the way to 23 inches. A picture of the one that got away, an Everglades tarpon. What a day. This Everglades fishing charter was happy. Please call this Everglades fishing guide.
