Everglades Snook

Today was as tough as it gets with a 20 knot southwest wind and low tide.  Everglades fishing came through with 15 of these beauties.   All in the backcountry about 40 miles south of Everglades City.  If you can't stand the heat get out of the flats boat.  It was tough going with a 3 ft. chop and barely enough water for the prop, but, it was enough for me.  Everglades fishing is just wonderful.  This Everglades fishing charter was happy.  Pictured above is Vinnie with a 26 inch backcountry Everglades snook.  Vinnie most of his fish on a 17MR Mirro Lure.  For a local Everglades fishing guide please call.

Thanks,
