Everglades Redfish

A very slow day did produce some trout and redfish for Eliot and Mark, Marco Island. A cool front 2 days earlier slowed things down but some action took place near Lostmans River. Pictured is Eliot with a nice over slot redfish. The fish was released in good health. Call this everglades fishing guide.

Everglades Fishing

Linsay and Tom, Tampa, got into some nice everglades redfish, trout, and snook. Tom got his swamp slam (red, snook, trout). Many of the snook are small due to the freeze kill 2 years ago. Many survived. Pictured is Linsay with a nice slot size (18-27 inches) redfish. They caught over 20 redfish (many slot size) and 19 trout today. Also some nice black drum were caught up to 5 lbs. Fish were caught near Lostmans River on jigs.

A fine everglades fishing day.
