Everglades fishing for redfish and trout

Todd and Dave, Ocala, Fl, caught some very nice everglades redfish and trout today.  They limited out on trout which averaged about 18 inches and 2 at 20 inches.  These fish were caught on a RipTide jig and soft plastic 3 inch gray shrimp.  Also, Dave caught a very respectable 26 inch redfish on a shrimp tipped jig and popping cork.  Father and son limited out on the trout.  All the fish were caught in the Everglades National Park north of Lostmans River.  Everglades fishing was good today and the weather was EXCELLENT.  The waters were a perfect green and turquoise color and the tides cooperated.  There were several Everglades fishing charters out today but few caught them as fast as Dave and Todd did.  This Everglades fishing guide was very happy today.
