Another Great Day

It doesn't matter if it is 45 degrees and blowing 25mph, Everglades fishing has something to offer.  Today, Mona got into some nice keeper size black drum in the Everglades National Park.  We were fishing north of Everglades City in the Ten Thousand Islands and we caught some keeper mangrove snapper and gag grouper along with the black drum.  The fish were caught on jigs tipped with shrimp on the bottom of some deeper creek holes.  All fish were released.  We fished for a half day with very little water due to the northeast wind which blew the water out.  Mona and friends from yesterday, Judy and Barbara, are from Key Largo.  This Everglades fishing charter was happy.
