There were lots of Everglades tarpon this weekend on the outside beaches from the Shark River on North. These fish must have migrated north due to warm weather. This is about a month early. We were fishing for trout on the grass flats and tarpon were there to greet us with a splash. Our Everglades tarpon can be very finicky or very aggressive and I use all artificial lures to fish for them.
