Snook on the Move
It was a good day for plug casting for snook and reds the past few days. The snook are in the backcountry but have started migrating to the outside for spawning season. This makes for some good everglades fishing. Today Wilson and Ricardo, Brazil, got into them. Pictured is Wilson with his very first snook caught on a fancy lure from Brazil. The fish was caught near Harney River. Also caught were some nice redfish up to 20 inches on RipTide Jigs, smokey and new penny.

Trout and Redfish for Dinner
It was a beautiful day for everglades fishing and Roland and company caught some fine reds and trout today. The fish were caught on RipTide jigs and shrimp. The grass flats produced some trout up to 23 inches. Pictured is Sangill, Switzerland, with a nice 21 inch trout he caught on a rootbeer RipTide. Also pictured is Max, Naples, Fl., with a fine 25 inch red he caught on shrimp.

Redfish Now!
A strong cool front and a storm turned on the redfish and snook bite today for Marcus (Atlanta) and Brian (Monticello). They caught a few snook and out of the slot and in the slot redfish. Pictured is Brian with a nice 30 inch redfish. The fish were caught on shrimp and jig in Santini Bay.
A fine everglades fishing day.
